ABOUT ME: My names Thomas Hayes and I'm incredibly excited to start my journey as a disability support worker. I am a massive Anime enthusiast, I recently travelled to Japan in June, and I was emersed in such wonderful culture and was able to experience some awesome activities. I am also a big gamer and enjoy spending time upskilling in multiple games. I am a massive car fan and often take time working on my car adding new features. On weekends I spend my time watching movies and hanging out with my friends and family.

EXPIERENCE: I am new to the industry, but I have a keen spirit and am eager to learn. I am committed to everything I do, and I always ensure that I give 100%. I have lived experience; my younger brother has ASD & ADHD I often support him with everyday activities. I like to show initiative and help suggest activities that clients might like to access in the community. I can assist clients with their everyday needs and community access wants. I believe in a person-centred approach and want to help clients pursue their goals. As a dedicated and compassionate individual, I possess a strong ability to connect with people and understand their unique needs. My empathetic nature allows me to create a safe and trusting environment, fostering open communication. I am patient and adaptable, able to respond effectively to various situations while maintaining a positive attitude. My commitment to promoting independence and dignity for those I support drives me to go above and beyond in my role.
