EXPIERENCE:
During my high school years, I actively participated in a wide range of volunteering activities that allowed me to engage with diverse groups of individuals. I worked closely with both primary and high school students, providing support and mentorship in various capacities. This experience not only helped me develop strong communication skills but also deepened my understanding of the unique challenges faced by students at different educational levels. In addition to my work with students, I also volunteered in the school canteen, where I learned the importance of teamwork and organization in a fast-paced environment. This role taught me how to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks while ensuring that everyone received the assistance they needed. Furthermore, I have prior experience working with participants with ASD, ARFID and ADHD. This experience has given me valuable insights into the specific needs and requirements of individuals with disabilities, as well as the importance of tailored support and effective communication strategies. I am eager to pursue a career as a support worker due to my passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives.
