ABOUT ME: I'm Maddie, a 29yo support worker in Rothwell. I'm a super bubbly and happy woman. I love to socialise and connect with people and be around kids/teenagers (I have a very silly inner child). I am passionate about mental health, disability advocacy and community connection. I love all arts/ crafts, roller derby, nature walks, gardening, mindfulness & Studio Ghibli films. I'm always willing to try anything and love a challenge.

EXPIERENCE: Maddie has over 3 years' experience in the NDIS industry ranging from social support to high personal care as well as personal experience with loved ones. Prior to Support work Maddie spent many years in the Aged care sector providing community access, self-care and wide range of different supports. Maddie has experience with multiple disabilities and mental health clients. Maddie is a very understanding and kind person who is able to adapt to client needs and looks forward to creating strong bonds with clients to provide the best care possible!
