EXPIERENCE: I possess more than three years of experience collaborating with individuals ranging in age from three to sixty-five, with a specialization in conditions such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), anxiety and depression, learning disabilities, and complex mental health behaviours, including Pathological Demand Avoidance (PDA). Before transitioning into support work, I spent five years as a childcare assistant and teacher's aide, roles that significantly enhanced my skill set and provided me with essential training that I now apply in my work with clients. My extensive experience with clients who have high needs has further enriched my understanding and expertise in this field. This background has not only deepened my knowledge but has also equipped me with the necessary tools to effectively support those I work with. I believe that my unique combination of experience and training makes me an excellent candidate for this role, as I am well-prepared to meet the diverse needs of my clients and contribute positively to their development and well-being. My educational background and life experiences equip me with the necessary skills to excel as a support worker, and my cheerful disposition further enhances my ability to connect with and assist others effectively.
